Shipping Policy for SkinMinds.com


Order Processing

At SkinMinds.com, we understand the excitement you feel when you place an order. Our commitment is to process all orders within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After your order confirmation email, you'll be notified once your order has shipped. Please note, during high demand periods or unforeseen postal delays, processing times might be longer.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We strive to offer competitive and transparent shipping options. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For simplicity, we also provide a flat rate shipping of ₹50 to all states in India.

For orders over ₹500, we are pleased to offer free shipping. Our shipping options include:

Local Delivery and In-Store Pickup

Local delivery is available for orders over ₹200 within the Delhi-NCR region. For orders under ₹200, we charge a ₹30 delivery fee. Deliveries are made from 10 AM to 6 PM on weekdays. We'll notify you via text on the day of delivery.

In-store pickup is available at our Delhi and Mumbai locations. Orders are usually ready within 1 to 2 business days. Pickup hours are 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to countries including the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia. Please note, we do not ship to certain countries due to logistical constraints.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at support@skinminds.com with your name and order number.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Due to carrier limitations, we may not be able to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for prompt delivery.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. The full order amount minus shipping costs will be refunded. For damaged items, email us at support@skinminds.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We'll address these issues on a case-by-case basis.
